This study aims to analyze (1) the causes of inaccurate loan payments (2) handling savings and (3) solutions for development SMW Village Unit Cooperative. The data were collected by means observations, interviews, documentation. Then, they analysed using descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. informants this cooperative employees in relation whith process. results showed that repayments due economic factors (illness, celebration, disaster experienced members, other unexpected needs) delayed harvest periods (crop failure). done KUD taken conducting field surveys, giving warnings, taking personal approaches. Next is solution developing carried out business expansion intensification. should do more maximal 5C principle so can clearly identify borrower's ability pay their future obligations, it better strengthen intensification prior extentification bad credit does not burden new units.
